Super Chocolate Pudding Pie Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 store-bought graham cracker pie crust (9 inch size)
- 2 packages chocolate pudding mix (the size that makes 4 servings; do not use instant pudding)
- 3 1/2 cups of milk
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1/2 cup of chocolate chips
Instructions:
Place a medium saucepan on the stove over a medium heat. Place pudding mix, milk, butter, and chocolate chips in the saucepan. Cook, stirring constantly over a medium heat until the mixture comes to a complete boil. Remove the mixture from the heat, and allow to cool for ten minutes. Stir a few times while cooling to keep a film from forming on the top. Pour mixture into the graham cracker crust and cover. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Serving Suggestion: Garnish with dollops of whipped cream and a few chocolate chips.

Instructions:
Place the cream cheese in a medium bowl and beat with an electric mixer until it becomes light and fluffy.
