Sometimes I'll do a Buffalo Chicken Wrap - regular tortilla filled with spicy buffalo chicken, lettuce, cheddar cheese (sometimes), tomato, and ranch dressing. It's actually really good!

I make a wrap with fried egg whites, light feta cheese, red pepper, onions and turkey bacon...and then put it on the panini press....delish!

I like to stuff wraps or pitas with the night before's dinner leftovers such as:

scrambled eggs with lettuce and tomato

sliced potatoes with smoked salmon, capers and tomato

steak with avocado

And the list goes on ...
