Unique Macaroni and Cheese Recipe

Macaroni with Swiss and Parmesan Cheese Recipe
Ingredients:
- 12 ounces of elbow macaroni
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup half and half
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/3 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Paprika to taste
Directions:
Prepare the elbow macaroni according to package directions, being careful not to overcook the pasta. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the half and half and heat, but do not allow the mixture to boil.
Pour the sauce into a 10 X 13 casserole dish. Add the cooked macaroni, Swiss cheese, parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until everything is well combined. Sprinkle paprika on the top of the casserole. Bake for 30 minutes, or until heated through.
